The app gives randomly selected chapters to users to read. They can like or dislike. The liking or dis-liking allows there to be a crowd-sourced opinions on chapters and authors.
If users login, another set of random chapters are shown to users. These "random" chapter include cover art or Jacket and book descriptions. Publisher by selecting or changing the chapters, cover art and description, could gain insight into how better to market books. The publisher also get the abilities to recommend hash tags used on Twitter. If user login, they also gain a library record of chapters/books read.
Overtime, the accumulated like and dislike would enhance the recommendation made to users on this system and in other channels.
